2 Weeks Project
Brief:
“You may want to begin this project with a quote that inspires you, or you feel an affinity with. You can reference Oscar Wilde, Stefan Sagmeister or your Uncle Frank. Or maybe there is a rule or commandment you feel is crucial to design, or the design process. It could be something you are already aware of or something you discover during your research for this project.
The idea as a group you are going to produce and present
a collection of your beliefs, motifs, maxims, aphorisms, rules, commandments, principles of design – a design Bible. Note: you can work independently or in collaboration with another member of the group.
Final piece should be a visual explanation of your chosen belief/ motif/maxim/aphorism/rule/commandment/principles of design.
Format A1 black & white
Skills general functions of design, typographic detailing, grid
system, content organisation.”
