For these posters I had to choose a social topic thatthe two candidates, Barrack Obama and Mitt Romney, were either supporting or not supporting. After doing much research I chose the topic of Planned Parenthood. I think that Planned Parenthood is an important facility for women – they offer many services like: birth control, women’s health care, and breast cancer screenings. Mitt Romney does not support funding for their services. The first poster is supporting the service of breast cancer screenings, which if unfunded, Planned Parenthood would not be able to administer as many screenings to women who need it. The second is a take on the American flag with birth control pills as the stars. The pink color represents women and Planned Parenthood.
