Property Insurance vs lawyer's liability insurance

Title insurance confirms that at the date of the policy, the title of the property is guaranteed. As this is an insurance of damage, the insured only has to show his damage without having to prove the fault of anyone.

The liability insurance of the lawyer ensures the notary or the lawyer in terms of his professional responsibility. Following a complaint from a client, the professional's insurer will review the claim and pay compensation only if there is evidence that the notary or lawyer was at fault and the damage suffered is due to this fault. The process can be long and costly for the customer.

When the lawyer has not committed any professional misconduct, the client is left alone with his problem and often without further recourse.
Title insurance offers an extremely quick claim process for the insured and, at the same time, reduces liability claims against lawyers.
