YG Bus Android Application - User Research, Usability Testing and Journey Map
Goal:
In this user research and usability testing for YG app our main goal is to understand the application usability issues, accessibility constraints and actual user needs and behaviors that could be addressed for improvements to reduce user pain points/frustrations and open opportunities and make provisions for active user engagement and conversions of the application and discover solutions for a significant number of visitors and their sustained partnership and close journey with Yatragenie.
