Significance of need
Home cleanliness is an important factor for living but also for productivity. Having a clean home can allow you to concentrate in the things that matter without having to waste time looking through messes or procrastinating by cleaning. Also if you are in a shared living space , it will help prevent any conflicts among house mates.

Interviews
After interviewing 10 college students about their cleaning habits , it seemed that time seem to be a very big issue for many. Another factor that came into play was the number of people that lived in the house. It seemed that keeping house mates accountable was a difficult task.
