This project focuses on the idea of Being Human. I crocheted a toy for my niece last year for her birthday. I then used this as the base for being human linking to family, handmade gifts and childhood. I then edited the image of the toy into the shape of the Venturian Man painted by Leonardo Da Vinci which highlights the aspect of the toy being a symbolic representation of being human. To also keep with the handmade aspect of the project I cross stitched the image made which acts as a final illustration for the Being Human project. The back and front are showed into order to demonstrate the background of us as humans and the mistakes we may make in life.
