This booklet is my contribution to a series of 18, developed by my classmates and me, during a workshop with Leonardo Sonnoli.
It outlines a path in Providence that I used to walk every day for one year and is captured in distance and duration of songs I listen to while walking. The amount of songs is derived from the time it takes me to my destination. Along with a diverse range of photographs, images that come across my way as I travel, the booklet illustrates the street I’m walking and points out where a new song begins.
This project makes sight of the relationship between the music I listen to and the environment I routinely experience, both of which affect how I construct my identity. 2013
