From the original assembly of Peter Brook and Marie-Helene Estienne, El Traje is the adaptation of the South African story by Can Themba: The Suit.
The play tells the story of a South African woman who is caught in an infidelity which causes a painful and long humiliation. As part of her punishment, her husband will use the lover's suit to accuse her and remind her at all time her betrayal.
