Senses - Eating Experience Design, Imaginative Thinking Project
This project requires us to translate and develop Tea into a new unexpected and meaningful design that communicates an idea and tells a story about its drinking culture.
Tea is like a surprise that can be enjoyed by using your senses.
This is my final concept. Users will use their sense of touch and sight to identity which compressed tea form represents which sense of taste (Sweet, sour, bitter & spicy).
These are the individual flavours and aspect of taste each shape holds. The prototype is made out of clay.
This mock up is made out of air dry clay.

3) Bitter (Bitter Herbal Tea)
4) Spicy (Masala Chai)
