3 Types of Creative Photography
For my creative photography my instructor had me choose 3 different types of creative photography to shoot. The 3 types I chose were tilt shift, zoom blur, and and water drop. I chose these to enhance my skills as I had no idea what it took and after researching thought I was able to do it fast. For the tilt shift photography, looking for an ideal subject was a bit tricky, but found a suitable location of a parking lot and homes. The hardest part was getting the focus right on the image to make it look smaller than it real it was.

Getting the zoom blur effect with my lens was tough to get after several attempts finally got it. Timing was key for this effect to work as you have to press the shutter and zoom in and out with your lens. The best is to put the camera on a tripod to avoid shakiness. For this effect to work you need a lot of patience.

I had the most fun with water drop photography. This one really needs patience and timing. For this to work you need a backdrop tripod, macro lens,  flash, trigger something to hold and release water, and a bowel with water inside for the water drop effect. Knowing the timing of the water drops is key for interesting outcomes.
Setting the flash was tricky at first, but after experimenting with placement got it to work. Over all had a lot of fun doing creative photography.
