This visual language is heavily influenced by a range of illustrative hand-crafted techniques and styles. Acoustic Roots intends to be a  home grown festival, and I wanted all of my visual outcomes to have a home grown handmade aesthetic (hence the hand-drawn logos).

Acoustic Roots:  ‘Roots’ is a homograph. Roots could be referring to  roots of music, roots growing or our historical roots. 'Roots' has a lot of appropriate, natural imagery associated with it which is a good platform for visuals.
