I sit at my studio table surrounded by the ephemeral pieces of my story creations.

I am the Artemisian, I am a woman, I am just as all of you, walking through each day awake to the power of the present moment, aware of my own filters that scare me, that inhibit me, that excite me, that can create space in my breath and that take my breath away. This company has never been about jewelry, it has always been about the anatomy of human connection, connection to the self and connection to others. It has always been about creating from existing pieces and using what we already have on this burdened planet. It has always been about supporting and uplifting those I work with towards their own self discovery. I am in constant practice. I am broken and repaired with gold. I am. It was from this that the fairy dust band was created.

The Fairydust Band

The fairydust band, created from original Victorian watches, reimagined into talismans of presence. A non- functioning watch reminds us of the importance of the present moment, the shattered mirror within, a call to shed masks worn to hide our authentic selves.

Love me twice (as much)

Imagine a post war city in ruin and rubble, the possibility of love even there, even in the midst of destruction, the overwhelming redemption of our ability to always hold space for love. This ring has been beaten up and cut into, scarred and dug at using rudimentary tools, in these caverns and gouges have been placed precious stones, faceted moonstone, diamond, blue sapphire and London blue topaz.

A talisman to honor commitment. Show up and be fully present.

The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Be

committed to yourself and your daily practice of mindfulness. As

you make a bed, wash a dish, or close a deal treat each thing you

do, and each way you present yourself be equally as intentional as

the other.

Sisterhood

The circle is the depiction of totality, oneness, timelessness. As

women coming into ourselves as individuals, in the shifting

landscape of gender roles, how do we want to represent the

many facets of the feminine? We are simultaneously one and the

same and also beautifully different. What we need is:

Women who are so strong we can be gentle,

so educated we can be humble,

so fierce we can be compassionate,

so passionate we can be rational and

so disciplined we can be free.

Beyond the shores of sisterhood lies the shore of oneness.

We come into this world without prejudice or judgement, without material objects, without preconceived beliefs and when we leave all that remains is spirit. This season in honor of this the Artemisian is paying forward (giving) a fairydust band to one individual of your choosing for each order that is placed. We ask you to give this band to someone you believe to be uplifting, uniting, kind and supportive of others. Someone you believe upholds the sacredness of our planet in the way they live and act. This is our promise.
