Travel Photography For Dignosco

Worked for Dignosco for a travel photography project to document their expedition of crossing the
Thallay pass, up in the North of Pakistan.

(Popularity: 4, Location: Above Khaplu & Shigar, Difficulty: 8/10).

In a span of 3 out of 10 days, we walked for about 45kms (6 hours of walk everyday) & trekked 16100 ft to climb to
this mountain with a decline of 8000 ft. We crossed terrains that were rigid, rocky, sandy, snowy, experienced
rain, rivers & glaciers. Our oxygen levels used to drop significantly, there were moments when we used
to slid by the gorge & weren't even allowed to look anywhere else except down at our track. All in all it
was very physically intense & unforgettable.

I worked alongside 2 famed filmmakers & 1 fellow photographer who joined us from different areas of Pakistan. We were required to be physically fit, self-responsible for our equipment and mentally/physically present at all times to document the event thoroughly.
