Search for a provider feature prototyped
Search for a provider page designed in Adobe XD. The search for a provider page allows the user to search and filter providers by location, insurance type, conditions and specialities, as well as ratings.
Close up of the information located on the service provider search results. The results included information about location, types of insurance accepted, reviews, and a way to book appointments without having to call a location.
The users also have the ability to click further into the module to get more detailed information about licenses and certifications, education information, and a biography of the provider.
Prototype and Usability Testing
The prototype was developed in Adobe XD and used to test 5 participants to discover whether the features suggested would be improvements or if other changes should still be made.
