This project was inspired by Cindy Sherman's 'Untitled Film Stills' and Nikki S. Lee's works. A lot of people do not want to look different from others, so they will follow the trend and buy designer clothes to make themselves look as fashionable. People only go for the brand instead of the designs of the products. In our everyday life, we will always see people wearing designer brands but with bad styling. Their actual personality are just like normal people trying to be fashionable, which they think is a way to get more respect from others. Having the model pose like mannequins from each shop, her head is always tilted to the left. This kind of pose would usually mean that the person is interested in something. The body language and the pose from the model means that she is thinking why these people always try to look fashionable when they are not.
