User Lab
For testing & interviews.
I have set up a usability lab, with simple tools, I used:
- A phone with prototypes.

- Software for record the phone screen and the face of the user.
- 2 video cameras to record the session.
- A mac to moderate de session.
- 1 form to welcome the user.

In this testing session, my participation was as moderator and my partner made me the role of note taker.
Once the testing part is over, we interview users to get feedback from them on how to improve the product.
Once the interviews are finished, we put all the information of interest in digital postit. Segmenting the information by user in this first stage.
After pass all the information in postit, we made a cluster, grouping the information by topics of interest.
The postit, we classify it with colors according to the type of comment:
- General comments (Yellow)
- The Paint Poins (Red)
- Good Stuf (Green)
- Insights (Dark Amarrillo)
- Areas of opportunity (Turquoise blue)

Having these results we develop some conclusions, where we propose what should be the improvements of the product and why of these proposals.
