MOVIE POSTER PARODY

We are told to find a movie poster that came out in either 2018 or 2019 and turn the edit the original poster and turn it into a parody.

So I've decided to use Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom as my poster. Jurassic World is a movie about a luxury resort that provides habitat for genetically engineered dinosaurs. Obviously things didn't go so well and the dinosaurs ended up escaping. 

In my poster, I've decided to substitute out the dinosaur with a cute kitty, trying to find a way back to its ball of yarn, while causing chaos and mayhem along the way.

Adobe Photoshop was used to edit this poster, mostly used the patch tool to remove unwanted objects such as Chris Pratt standing in the poster, the dead dinosaur on the ground, the Gyroscope (hamster ball thingy) and also the tyrannosaurus rex. 

Then I added in the picture of the cat and coloured on it with the brush tool to match the lighting of the surrounding. The ball of yarn was originally blue in colour so I had to change it with the some colour adjustment to make it red and also did some lighting adjustments so it compliments the poster. Finally I removed the wordings "FALLEN KINGDOM" as well as "LIFE FINDS A WAY" and replaced it with the new ones.

I also used the font 'Jurassic Park' for the wordings "FALLEN YARN" 

and used the default font 'Myriad Pro' for "KITTY FINDS ITS YARN"
