Wooden Critter

The purpose of this project was to explore shapes, and create a wooden design of a animal that communicated good shape language, and to gain experience in wood working.

These are some design concepts made to see what ideas have good shape language.

After the final was chosen, these were some final concepts to explroe the creature's language a bit more

Here are two work in progress shots of the model, the original stand idea was to weak and lacked the support needed for the model.

Here is the final model with a new stand that supports it.
