Recently, I've become more aware of my body and my numerous "desires of the mouth and the stomach" (a literary translation of the term "口腹之欲") -in an endearing way. I was interested in designing the characters to capture this intimate feeling of consumption, digestion, and internalization. Musing over these worldly desires, I thought of my sexuality and home afar.
