The first 'Design, Build, Spec' project for the firm, Studio B Architects in Aspen, CO.  This project was designed and the construction was supervised by the firm.  As a spec home, we were also our own clients.  As one of two lead designers, we were charged with both design and profitability to create a completed, successful product.
