FITNESS
In this project I worked as a developer and buyer of the Carnaval collection for AMARO brand, being responsible for finding all the fabrics and trims, technical sheets, defining the best techniques for the production of each item, defining suppliers, approving color, fabric, finishing and fitting, and also responsible for the negotiating of all costs and delivery dates.
Based on sales analysis, trends, competition and commercial analysis, I was also responsible for assisting the design team until final approval to achieve the most commercial collection in order to increase sales.
