Mechanical Bear Illustration/Screenprint.

I created a rough pencil sketch using rulers and a lightbox for the gears.

I drew over my pencil sketch using Adobe Draw and Illustrator.

Printed a run of shirts with plastisol in my screen printing shop.  However the design was still lacking so I kept adding different elements.

Added more trees in the background and considered a silhouette of grass.  Ultimately I decided against the grass.

The finished design I added some halftones as a gradient in the background as I knew I was going to be screenprinting these on paper.

I did a run of 100 screenprints in my shop on French Press paper.  I was really pleased with the results as it was the first time printing work on paper.
