Monark type family aims to capture the conflicting emotions from Crime and Punishment by presenting them through unique letterforms. It is designed to be a work-horse typeface with no compromise for legibility at small sizes. 

Now Monark expands to 8 weights in total for text types including upright and italic fonts. The italics combine the tension with calligraphic forms in an non-traditional way.

Character sets supports most of Latin languages. Figure supports proportional lining, proportional old-style, tabular lining, and tabular old-style choices. Fractions, superscripts, and subscripts of two different alignments are also supported. 

Meticulously kerned for every possible glyph combinations. Advanced OpenType features like case-sensitive contextual alternates for certain symbols are implemented for a best typographic experience.
