Parrot Pocket Park is a self-appointed project based on an empty 

triangular land in Downey, CA. The weed filled land isn't visually appealing nor useful. With a face lift and designating the name 'Parrot Pocket Park', the area would be aesthetically pleasing while better utilized by the community. The pocket park is meant to be minimal, but can also be utilized for many occasions. It can be a place where neighborhood individuals can go to for a break from being at home. It can also be utilized as an area for the neighborhood to hold events such as Fourth of July, or block parties.
