数年前のことです。
自室で作品製作中、黒い影が視界を横切った気がしたため、窓から外を見ると、数十メートル先の木のてっぺんにアオサギが羽を休めていました。こんな至近距離で見るのは初めてです。

普通、アオサギの成鳥は頭頂部に2本黒い冠羽がありますが、この個体には見当たりませんでした。
おそらくまだ若い個体か、メスかもしれません。

アオサギはしばらく辺りを悠々と見回した後、おもむろに数十キロ先の大きな川のある方角へと飛び去っていきました。

I felt that black shadow across the field of vision while I work in my room,when looking out from the window, Grey heron was sit at the top of a tree dozens of meters ahead.It is the first time to see in such a close range.

Normally, adult birds have two black crest at the top of the head,I could not find it in this individual.
Perhaps it is still a young individual, it may be a female.

Gray heron was after overlooking calmly for a while,slowly flown away in a direction of a big river dozens of kilometers ahead.
