*Thinking about an usable all organic packaging...
Bufem is an incense holder and container made of cane "Arundo donax". This one is an invasive plant into many regions (in this case we speak about in Catalonia Spain) that cause next local problems: "It displaces native flora and impoverishes animal
diversity, as well as increasing the risk of fires and causing overflow problems in rivers in case of floods.
The control actions are difficult and require continuous actions." by elperiodico.com.
This material is organic, abundant and the the width of the trunk variable.
Why don't try to exploit it?

The incense support is also the incense container, as the main selling packaging too. It could be easy and non toxic decorated by laser graving. The fabrication process is the most simple one: Bufem is just cut and colored cane with natural processes + Wood
or order natural fiber shaped sheet + Cork inserted by pressure (,and no glues).
It can be easy manufactured as by hand or by machinery.
Little process, little technologie.

Incense after burning disappears into ash. This container is made in the same optic: if it broke or it is empty and if user doesn't want to use it anymore, all materials are organic and biodegradable coming back to the land minimizing the environmental impact into their product afterlives.
We reduce objects and create a ritual gesture when the incense holder is mounted.
With this project we take advantage of the materials that nature gives us.
Think simple, live simply.
