For the third term we worked with OpenUp, a non-profit organisation who provide tools and training to support active citizenry and help communities and governments work together. Our focus was on the Eviction section of their Action Takers project and we worked with Ndifuna Ukwazi and Reclaim the City. The project was to analyse their existing resources; a printed guide, pdfs and website, and conduct user testing in order to see what we could suggest for either improving or combining these resources.
