Silicone Cabinet
This Cabinet is the result of experiments with dyed silicone, piped through a pastry piping bag. The purpose of the cabinet was to explore relationships between texture, color, and pattern to create a sensory experience that when interacted with makes the user feel both confused and delighted. The pattern to witch the silicone was piped into was cut using a CNC machine and the cabinet is constructed using traditional cabinetry techniques.
