Paige Stevens drawing 2

This is my cut paper project. This piece consists of three organic shapes that have paper stacked on top of each other. There is also some lines drawn around the empty space with sharpie.

 

For this I mostly inspired by the patterned paper that you had in the classroom.I see a lot of shape in this piece in all the organic shapes. I also see variety and movement.

 

For this piece I wanted to create something simple. I wanted the focus to be mainly on the crazy patterns on the paper.

 

In the end I don’t really like this piece. I liked the concept and that you can interpret it your own way. I think the execution of the piece was done poorly
