This is a part of my on going project on nature vs man-made. As I keep expanding my computational and digital fabrication knowledge, I started to realize that everything we see in nature actually has very precise and strict order coded in them. Once one is able to decipher this code, we can potentially begin to reproduce nature through digital fabrication, programming, and coding methods. What I call the Avatar Flower is a result of this thought process. It is an intersection of two surfaces of revolution which is then panelized and produced in flat panels out of Bristol and Aluminum Foil with its additional 3D Printed Stand.
