This is a still life drawing of a glass jar that my grandma gave me. On it are a few necklaces that are also sentimental to me. This was my first time drawing glass; to achieve the see-through glass look I wanted, I used a variety of highlights and shadows. I decided to keep the background simple, so the objects would be the main focus of the piece. This drawing was created for my Drawing and Painting III class.
