"I took this picture whilst visiting Luosto up inside the arctic circle in Lapland. This was a visit with the BBC Philharmonic where they were performing at the Luosto Classical Music Festival. Finland is known as the land of a thousand lakes and we saw many on our visit."

I took this picture whilst visiting Lapland with the BBC Philharmonic where they were playing the Luosto Classical Music Festival.
This was as dark as the night got whilst I was visiting. I love the way the trees sway in the wind. Being in the forest at this time, with the noise of the wind and the light on the horizon was and electric experience which I had to try and capture.
