About the Design
Legends Brass hired Pioneer Media to improve their popular eCommerce website. Although initially hired for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services, we optimized their site in many other ways.
WordPress core, plugins and themes were outdated. The database was bogged down, and the site was very slow.
After tweaking the website’s backend caching and frontend assets, we shrunk the homepage from 8.5Mb to 2.0Mb — 76% smaller! This resulted in a 68% page load time decrease. Now the website loads in about 2-3 seconds. Web page load time is one of many search engine ranking factors.
We continue to provide website maintenance services, including analytics tracking, search engine optimization, customer support, backups, security updates, patches, and more!
