I was briefed to create an unconventional narrative and in the end make and bind a hardcover book from scratch. 

My narrative and concept are directly based on the second studio album, Melodrama, by the artist, Lorde. The album carries a loose narrative on an emotional breakup from a three year relationship between a writer and photographer. The plot is described to be placed in a single house party and all the emotions it entails. I used this conceptual approach and applied it through visually representing a youthful, generational behaviour of which I am apart. I did this through the use of personal photography that resonates with this behaviour and merged it with singular lyrics from each song. This resulted in a narrative in which each song represents a separate chapter of this plot.
