Objective: To drive customers to download the Hula app, and decrease fear of meeting and trading.
Problem: People are scared to meet with strangers. This is an issue because Hula connects two people with items they would like to trade. In order to exchange Hula customers must set a time and place to meet with the other person. 
Solution: With the tag line "Get what you need. Give what you don't", as well as simple comical illustrations we hope to remove the fear or stigma of trading. 
Design: In terms of design we wanted to keep the colors bright and light contrasting both parties with opposing color schemes. For our characters we chose very simple animations so that the concept of trading would not be overshadowed by the people.
Hula Commercials will air on TV. The commercial will consist of two characters with items that do not seem to fit their needs (i.e. body builder with maracas). Both then log on to the Hula app and agree upon trading then happily exchange. The tagline appears "Get what you need. Give what you don't."
