Zaha Hadid Architects was included in the top three finalists of the international competition for the Museum of Natural History in Chengdu, China. It is located in the eastern part of the historical and cultural city of Chengdu. The building will become an important cultural attraction of the city of Chengdu, which is in the midst of an economic boom as a new high-tech and business center.
Save and Grow
The museum is located on an area of 62,700 square meters or 674,897 square feet. It includes innovative exhibition and educational spaces, permanent/temporary and interactive exhibits, a gift shop, cafés, cinemas and open spaces. One of the main tasks of the architects was the preservation of the historical architectural museum and its renovation. As well as filling it with the most modern technological solutions.
Elegant style
The architecture of Zaha Hadid Architects is recognizable. Their vision combine incredible dynamics and purity. White color of building here is as a symbol of true architecture. This is a fantastic concept, work with which is a great pleasure.
Working process
Revolution Production and Gork Studio had a difficult task to create 3D content in a short time (a little more than a month). Revo was responsible for the overall course of the project, production, interiors, final assembly, animation and composite. Gork Studio was engaged in optimizing the geometry of the museum, creating the surrounding area, shading and filling the scene with details.
