Third Annual Cuisine for A Cause 2007 In Support of Children's Continuous Education
Following successful charity drive throughout the years, IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) Beijing cluster hotels have jointly provided a caring hand for the children’s education by organizing the 3rd annual ‘Cuisine for a Cause’ culinary competition, with over 30 chefs and bartenders took part in the showcasing event.
With honorable judges such as Laverne Brabant from Agricultural section of United States Embassy, Douglas Bradley – Olympic catering culinary director, last but not least Ji Yan Ming from Trends Food & Wine China.
As the lead project manager for MARCOM department, coordinate other MARCOM from each hotels to assigned tasks to ensure the project is successful - project collateral, organizing sponsors and communicating to media.
The event was covered by major medias, websites and local newspaper, the event raised a total of CNY 250,000.
