Project Goal
To manage diabetes with all-in-one solution and provide diabetes patients to store a history of their blood sugar records, tracks what time of day to checking blood sugar, tracks insulin, carbohydrates and add medicines.
Challenge
To provide diabetes patients to easily log blood glucose, medication, meals in one entry and track trends of adding their blood glucose and to know more about their health.
Solution
To create an intuitive mobile application for diabetes patients to easily log in their blood glucose, medication, meals and keep a track of blood sugar, insulin, blood pressure, A1C and more!

1. Research
- User interviews validated that they want to add blood glucose, medication and meals in
one entry.
- Tracking trends in users blood sugar, insulin, weight, blood pressure, A1C could be very
helpful.
- See changes in users blood sugar and carbs intake with date and time was extreme
helpful.
2. Wireframes
To create easy log for blood glucose, medication, blood pressure, insulin and track all-in-one entry.
