Two sample illustrations for a book describing and following the story of a young girl who comes to the United States from Cuba during Operation Pedro Pan in the 60's.
The illustrations were created using a variety of mediums, including, wood, foam boards, fabric, clay puppets, and acrylics. The sets were staged, photographed, and then digitally enhanced.
