Design 1:

The design is inspired by the shape of the fish spine. The protruding surfaces on the sides act as the grip, giving costumers something to hold on with and pick up easily.

Design 2:
The unbalanced top and the swirling form is inspired by the shape of the shell. The concave surfaces work as the grip.
The model is made without the lid.

The bumpy surface mimics the surface of the peppercorn, adding a pattern to the surface and working as the grip.
