Millennials (also known as Generation Y) have a terrible reputation. 

They say we are a spoiled, lazy, self-obsessed bunch of snow flakes who can’t manage their money or their future.

Checking accusation against data (from the Taub research center) I set out to see if we really are as bad as they say.
As usually happens in these cases, the complicated question had a complicated answer.
