Objective
WiHelp roots from the idea on how the state government can improve its services to create the largest impact on local communities. Amidst the numerous immigration concerns, WiHelp targets the issue of immigration services scam and fraud.

There have been many issues in regards to immigration that has not been addressed, however, there are many barriers when coming to communication, fraudulent, and finding the right lawyer to represent

WiHelp can be resolve theses issues:
1. Provide easy and direct communication between lawyers and clients
2. Create a customer review system to ensure lawyers are providing the best services
3. Provide language translation services for text messages and reviews
4. Make services already available to immigrants in one trusted convenient place
5. NYC Government can easily regulate and monitor immigration services provided
6. Create a personalized profile for the user based on lawyer preferences
7. Accelerate and streamline the naturalization process to track changes
