A tower for living, working, relaxing, and inventing, inspired by the flight path of a falling paper "shuttle". 

Two circulation streams—one private, one public—wrap around a central core, which follows the flight path of the Shuttle-Maker's inventions. Members of the public can relax and watch delicate paper shuttles drift by as they sit back and enjoy the top-notch cafe and museum. Here and there they may catch glimpses of the Shuttle-Maker hard at work, or if they venture up the winding spiral staircase, they might even get to launch one of the shuttles themselves.
