I was commissioned by Dark Harvest Publishing to do three logos which form a part of a larger re-branding and the manifestation of two new sister presses under the black wings of DHP.

Dark Harvest is a press that specialises in occult books, specifically those that concern the left hand path of occultism.

The main logo details five scythes interlinked forming an inverted pentagram. This logo will be featured on the redesigned website and all books released under the DHP label.

 

The second is for another new sister press called House of Nod which will handle the small press side of the business. Producing exclusive limited of high quality books by some of the most exciting authors in the occult field. This logo has been produced in three versions to suit various needs of the client, ranging in degrees of complexity.

The third was for their new sister press Seven Darks. This press will produce unlimited paperback and hardback editions of future releases. This is a first for them as previously they had been exclusively in the small press arena. They wanted a specific look for this logo, a diamond sending its tentacle clutches outwards.
