DIY 皮蛋 CENTURY EGGS
For an information design class, we were assigned to show a process (how airplanes are made, how orange juice is squeezed, etc) in only pictorial language and few words. I chose to show the process of creating your own century eggs (pidan). Pidan is a Chinese delicacy of fermented duck eggs. Ideally this guide would be included in a whole DIY kit with pre-measured amounts of each ingredient.
