The Lonely Tasks is a study series where I intend to explore and document
the performative utility of my body.
I propose myself simple, learned and independent tasks, inserted in a
aseptic environment, so that my body becomes reactive and exhibits
itself: the dinner, cleaning, skin care, knitting, physical activity, etc.
Regarding the performance as a dynamic system I focus on the relationship
with the audience and I try to understand this interdependency
and its role: performer-audience; performer-space; performer-
time ; etc. It’s also about responsibility.
