About the Piece
It started with a political idea. I wanted to make a piece about the people of Iran who were killed in the election protests of 2009. It turned out to be a piece about human. I wanted to show humans are all one, and the same despite being different and divers. The writings are numbers and letters in Farsi which emphasize more on diversity.

High fire body and glaze for the arch - ^10 Oxidation
Technical Information
This piece is made of 220 tiles with different patterns and design. The body is a white highfire body and the glaze is a low fire Copper glaze. I used black underglaze for the writings.
