Rebrand - The Institute of Culinary Education

THE INSTITUTE
OF CULINARY EDUCATION

Apr–Nov 2018 | Adobe Ai, Ps, Id

As part of a rebranding project at Parsons School of Design, I chose to rebrand The Institute of Culinary Education.

Known colloquially as “ICE,” I chose instead to highlight “The Institute” as the new nickname creating a stronger, more informative identity, that is also less likely to be misassociated with other organizations.
BUSINESS CARDS

The promotional business cards (bottom version) have a die-cut knife in the middle of the card, with the icon on one side and the website on the reverse. These are to be distributed at career fairs, culinary events, etc.
DIGITAL

The Institute’s website and mobile app use an image carousel of slides on the home page promoting upcoming events. Some slides will contain static images, while others will allow for looped videos.
PRINT

A brochure promoting a multi–night event that brings three of the world’s best pastry chefs to the New York campus.
PROMOTIONAL

The new branding can be used on large banners outside of The Institute’s downtown New York City building, as well as in their new Los Angeles location. This display reaches potential students and informs the general public of events that are open to everyone.
