Panera Bread Customized Café Menus
I was tasked with designing a special menu for Panera cafés that only offer certain dietary restricted items.
This "limited offering" menu was created to be a simple and elegant solution utilized by both cafe associate and customer. I incorporated breakfast sandwich photography to offset the negative space on the menu in addition to appetite appeal. The copy was set up in a clean, easily discernible editorial format while incorporating primary and secondary brand colors.

The menu below was also created from a request for cafes only offering limited items with specific dietary restrictions. The content of the menus would be varied in terms of formatting and require a variety of iconography as well as information pertaining to the menu, so I decided to keep things simple and lay out the menu similar to the above.
The photography used for this project was that of a deconstructed salad along with an assortment of fruits and ingredients. I chose these specific photos to offer a sense of transparency that I believe fit the character of this menu appropriately.
