Explore Singapore - chinatown

Chinatown is a popular hang-out location, which is also home to many Singaporean Chinese locals who live in shop-houses located on the streets. Chinatown is also a tourism location where foreigners love to visit.
In Chinatown, plenty of ice-cream carts can be found where you can purchase cheap & delicious ice-cream to cool yourself down from the hot weather in Singapore.
Many various shops can also be found in Chinatown such as calligraphy, traditional toys and fashion accessories.
Not to mention, there is an abundance of food stalls located in Chinatown to satisfy your taste-buds. This uncle is peeling yummy roasted chestnuts to be sold in his food stall.
You can find almost anything here in Chinatown. There's even a traditional flute seller!
Aww, look at this cute soft toy dog!
There is also a tea pot/traditional fan shop as well!
Many traditional toys & new toys are being sold here. Look at that toy piggy's smile!
If you love to collect Chinese decorations, there are plenty.
At evening, there is a Lion Dance show, which heightens up the atmosphere here in Chinatown
Amazing lion dance moves!
At the end of my exploration in Chinatown, the atmosphere was stunning. There were sounds of chattering & laughter, and there were smiles on many people's faces. I would love to explore Chinatown again.
